Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – Hopify

We only accept exchange or refund in case of:
• Damaged product
• Wrong product delivered
• Serious manufacturing fault

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Conditions:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Tag must not be removed
• Proof of unboxing video is required
• No refund or exchange on SALE items

Note:
Courier charges are non-refundable. Return delivery charges will be paid by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
